YMS360 creates your yacht’s account and your first admin — your captain, fleet manager, or training coordinator. No IT project, no servers, nothing to install.
2. Get your crew invited — done for you, or self-serve
Tell us your crew and we’ll handle the invitations for you — or your admin invites crew in a click. Each person gets a secure, single-use link that expires in 72 hours and can be re-issued anytime. Add new crew the moment they join the boat.
3. Crew train at their own pace
Three tiers by role — Essential for every crew member, Professional for ETOs and engineers, and Fleet / Manager for command. On any device, about an hour. See the tiers →
4. Verifiable certificates
Finish a program and each crew member earns a certificate with a unique code and QR — confirmable by anyone at a public link, that crew carry from yacht to yacht.
